Emma Manley walking 50 miles & raising money For Dream-A-Way

As many of you are aware my Step-Dad featured in this cover picture is currently fighting cancer, he has been for a while now and is fighting pretty damn hard! He is one incredible man who is a hero to many people including me and most of all my incredible  mum!

He is currently receiving treatment in hospital from our fantastic NHS who have been pretty awesome! Force however have been incredible with the whole emotional side which has affected him, my mum and many of us much more, there compassion, empathy and time has been second to none and nothing short of a god send every-time!

Myself and my very good friend Steven Godbeer (I ditched him at school) are setting up a 50 mile walking team starting on the 23rd December at around 1pm from Exeter Force centre and finishing Xmas eve at around 8am at the Stowey Arms Exminster.

Other team members so far are Claire Godbeer, Wes Snell, Dano Reeves, Harrison Lynn, Michelle Baitup, Sam Walton, Alison Daniels, Lynne Whitfield (Capron) JB Phillips and Hayley Gollop. All monies raised will be spilt between Force and another amazing charity who help families suffering cancer and much more, this charity is Dream-A-Way who also rely on donations to enable them to help so many families.

I of course Wish I had a magic wand to help not only my Step-Dad but every single person suffering from this cruel disease, Sadly this isn’t possible, but, if along with Steven and anyone else who would like to join us (the more the merrier) can raise as much money as possible to put back just a little of what both these charities do-it would be amazing!

Please if possible could you donate or even just share my page I would be truly grateful,

Massive thanks and love to you all, Emma xxx
