2016 has been another very successful year and has marked many milestones.
We were formed in 1993 and 6 years later bought our very first caravan at Sandy Bay.
A hugely, proud moment for us.
Little did we imagine that in 2016 we would be opening the 22nd van purchased over the years, bringing our current fleet to 9 beautiful holiday homes
Our latest addition, an Atlas Harvest, is a fully adapted wheelchair accessible unit.
It was proudly officially opened by our President, Nigel Mansell CBE in May where he met some of the amazing Six Oars to Nieuwpoort team.
These terrific local guys were so impressed, having seen at first hand the real difference these holiday homes make, set themselves an amazing challenge.
They are going to row across the English Channel to Belgium in a Cornish gig.
An awesome feat!
They are determined that in doing so they will raise sufficient funds to ensure we are able to replace another caravan in 2017
Unbelievably this summer saw our 10,000th guest enjoy a holiday at beautiful Sandy Bay in this brand new unit

Dream-A-Way are extremely proud of their amazing fleet of luxury caravans at Sandy Bay and were delighted to welcome the Dunn family as the 10,000th guests at the beautiful Devon seaside .
2016 also marks an incredible milestone when we hit the £2 million fundraising total since our beginning. A totally amazing sum for a small band of true volunteers who give up so much of their time and receive no expenses or payments whatsoever
None of this could possibly be achieved without the truly wonderful support we are so fortunate to receive from our extremely generous donors and private and business sponsors
Without you this simply would not have happened. Together we have made the impossible possible for huge numbers of local people and have helped to make some very special dreams come true
