The ongoing strong partnership between Exeter Foundation and Dream-A-Way has resulted in a further donation of almost £10,000 for the Exeter based charity which provides grants for UK and worldwide holidays to Devon people with disabilities or other life affecting conditions. The award took place at the Foundation’s recent pre-season launch and is a result of the work done by the charity’s volunteers throughout the season.

Dream-A-Way hs been involved in the match day operations for nearly 10 years since the first game Premiership game at Sandy Park against Gloucester. Their team of volunteers collect, count, weigh, check and bag the monies collected from the car parks and half and full-time collections which is then distributed by the Exeter Foundation to their chosen charities each season.

Exeter Foundation Trustee and Deputy Chief Executive of the Exeter Chiefs Keiron Northcott said:
“We have worked with Dream-A-Way for many years now and have a very close association. Jeff and the team are always reliable and the things they have done for families and individuals over the years is fantastic.“

Chair Jeff Merrett MBE added:
“It is a huge honour for Dream-A-Way to be so closely associated with the Exeter Chiefs through their Exeter Foundation. Despite their amazing success, they remain a Club with a great family atmosphere and we all enjoy being part of the Chiefs’ match day family. This donation will make a huge difference to people in Devon who find it difficult or impossible to enjoy a much-needed break.”
